1、沉积盆地分析:运用沉积学、物源分析、地层与古地理等多手段恢复沉积盆地演化历史,探讨大地构造背景

2、碳循环:深时气候变化的碳汇研究,运用沉积地球化学研究硅酸盐风化的碳汇过程及其与气候环境变化的耦合关系

3、海洋沉积:中国东部河口-海岸-大陆架物质输运与沉积演化
